Too bad Service is not good Manager fights for little things

Since last 4 days at about 75 staff of Indian railways are staying in motel utsav at Jaunpur. Behaviour of the hotel staff with us is not comfortable. They are providing us very dirty food like a thela. They are giving us stale chapati and very Worst rice. in this summer season they are failed to provide cooled water. The quality of their hygiene and sanitation is also poor. Behaviour of the staff is very rude and abnormal. No wifi and tv is working. Overall the hotel utsav is very dirty and having poor quality. I advice to the every one don't stay here.

I am staying in this hotel and a number of complain against food being provided to me. But ni response from the staff and improvement shown by me since last three days. Although the quality of the food is going down day by day. Hygiene and sanitation is very poor. Staff is not cooperating with me. Overall it is a b grade motel in jaunpur

Please do not stay at this hotel. I have stay for one night. Staff of this hotel is rude no body take responsibility.tv was not working I said to recharge many time. Room is very dirty as per this tariff.food is quality is not good

Good place on highways and within city owned by mr Uday shankar

Hospitality is very poor and services are worst. Don't waste your time and money.
