Hotel still under construction. Room provided to us smelt whole night of paint and varnish. Staffs behaviour unprofessional and relutant. We asked 5 times for breakfast but they did not provided and we have to check out with it. Water mug provided was broken. Night lamps were for just show not connected to electricity. Room had no intercom and for all things we have to get look for help here and there. Lots of mosquitos in room. No soaps provided with checkin.
Very bad experience. I have booked a room and sleeping in the afternoon, The hotel staff with some customers open the locked door without knocking and start shouting. Beacause the room is already booked for the other customer and they forgot it. The don't have the decency of knocking at the door or asking before entering. Poor quality of behaviour.
Good budget hotel. Still under construction. No lift , you have to walk one floor up. Entrance is full of construction and hanging loose wires. So if you going with kids, hold there hand. Rooms are new and clean. food is bit costly.
It is a new hotel having neat and clean rooms, but staff are not trained. Overall experience is good. Recommended for all specially those whose family is admited in Ruban memorial hospital Patliputra.

Courteous staff, good room size, adequate amenities. The hotel is still under construction but that doesn't affect room guests.
Wifi was not working and room service was very slow. Asked for water and got it the next day. Breakfast served in 1 hour
Staff service is very bad and entry gate is on 2nd manzil and looking horrible and have no lift there.breakfast is not given by them if it already mentioned in ur booking time.Totally worst experience.
