OYO 4106 Babbar's Den - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

If I had the option, I would rate this hotel higher than 5 stars. The staff was really attentive and kind. The cuisine was outstanding, and the accommodations were great. Without a doubt, I'll tell my friends and relatives about this hotel. We really appreciate the owner, Mr. Anil Babbar.

Booked this homestay ( It should never be called homestay rather it should be pathetic stay) for 14th to 16th Aug, 22. The rooms are dirty, toilets are stinky, walls are damp, switches are sticky with all the black dirt and spots... You name it and every worst thing can be experienced there. The rooms are such that all the noise / sounds of staff which they create outside keep disturbing you whole night. Complete wastage of money and please, please do not refer any pic shared by them online... They are just to deceive you. Once you enter the room, you will feel like touching nothing.. be it table or bed or tap or switches or glass or blanket or towel .. Minus Rating from my side.

The hotel is wonderful and at the hilltop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Services are good too. You can have an advance booking by contacting them directly. They are also taking all the precautions considering the present situation. There are two beautiful and friendly dogs. If you're a dog lover , you'll fall in love with them!!! Mount Abu is a beautiful city. But a stay in their hotel makes trip wonderful!!!

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were fantastic and the food was spectacular. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. A big thanks to the owner Mr.Anil Babbar.

Very nice service, neat and clean rooms, 900 mtr from bus stand. 800mtr away from main market Mt Abu.

Parveen 15-17 aug There is no common area for guest to wait. they will let you wait outside in cold. for every shortcoming in stay, there only excuse is that it is a homestay, but who made you wait outside for 2 hours of your home. in all hotels there is common area to wait and for public utilities. for washroom they said you can use staff washroom for number 1, which were very dirty. first impression of this property is very bad. my stay costs me 4700 rs for two nights out which 2000rs I made advance payment before arrival. After arrival I didn't like this property, I requested you give my advance money 2000 rs back , I will go to some other place but that F... old lady refused to give my advance back. On outside they are very soft spoken high society type, but in real they are bad people, who dont care lady is sitting outside in cold want to urinate and these people can't provide a washroom. Secondly, I did not like property drinking water, it was hard, my throat gets dry after drinking that water . I asked for bottle water, but there only excuse sir it is a homestay we cant provide bottle water ok than please open lock main gate i can go to market a buy bottle water. that buddha said we cant open lock of main gate from 1200 midnight to 0600 in morning it is our policy. very pathetic experience

There is no good at this place, the rooms smell a lot, they don't have kitchen, you need to order food which takes 30-50 minutes. The main market is 20 minutes away by walk. Don't expect anything like Iron, kettle etc. Once you enter the property, the first thing they ask you is full payment.
