OYO 40869 White Ridge - Hotel in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Unhygienic Hotel. Dirty Toilet. Dirty Bed linen. The worst. The positive reviews are fake reviews given by the reception staff, from guests mobile. Strange, as this was already mentioned in some reviews (but which I also didn't believe at the time of booking), we realised how it is happening when the receptionist asked my phone to view oyo details and he jumped to Google for review.

1. No hot water 2. No TV 3. No privacy in room. Because rooms are separated by wood block and voices can be heard from adjacent room and vice versa. 4.wall edges have micro gaps. Can see light from next room.

Don't book this hotel this is worst hotel ever coz i spend one night there and in morning i got infection my skin (hand and legs) turn into red i was in hurry so didn't check review of this hotel the worst oyo room ever not clean beds no tv no tubelight

Same Oyo. No changes done. Full mismanagement. The room was booked online, when I went to the hotel they denied me booking. Booking date: 16th Mar 2023 night, and helpdesk reception person said it's overbooked. Asked me if I can pay 1800 then I will get the room. I said I already have the booking done online and the price was 1200, which he denied the confirmed booking. Had to call customer service but as we are all aware, customer service asked me if I am ready for alternate Oyo hotel which was nearby but that hotel I had already checked physically and it's price was 1500 and they had closed their reception door and it was late check in for me. I tried calling them but no response. Finally I asked customer service to refund my amount.

uncomfortable stay for family, spl for ladies..I did not like anything inside the hotel... Only the outer area location was Good & Neat.No room service since we stayed for 2 days.nNo service boy came with us to guide the room & addressing.nWhen we stayed in the room, bathroom flush was repaired, felt uncomfortable.nNoise in the night around 9-10 someone is jumping from up, & walking on top ceiling.nno other customer was stayed in that floor during that time, but there were hotel staffs. felt uncomfortable at night to sleep.

Cockroaches infested rooms. Linen dirty. Washrooms are horrible. Hotel is the worst for families. Hygiene is ZERO Used mostly by unmarried couples this place looks horrible on the upper floors. Ground floor has the same hygiene issues.
