They need to check the rooms after customers leave it. There seems to be lack of staff to maintain the rooms.
The hotel is at good location on the road itself and has good connectivity woth the rest of the city. The rooms are little small but comfortable. The room has facilities like tv, ac and geyser. The gallery has camera and is maintained by the receptionists. The services are average and food below average. But other things make up for it. Overall, it is a good place to stay due to its cost and and location. Can definitely improve the room service and food.
Worst hotel I ever checked in. Only 1 caretaker available and no other person to take luggage to room. Caretaker misbehaved with us used abusive language. If you are visiting indore, it's better to choose other option rather than this hotel. There is no option of -5 star. I will rate it as -5.
Amazing place to stay, best choice rather than a Five star Hotel, though police officers do check the place for security purposes.
