OYO 39948 Padma Residency - Hotel in Bhadravathi - Shivamogga, India

The hotel was nice, it was absolute value for money. Big spacious room, staffs were very well behaved. Definitely I recommend this hotel and surely I will be back when in town. As a family I was travelling with an elderly person. Although we got very late, still the reception person gave us proper direction and assistance and on top of that by the time we arrived although the kitchen was closed one of the helper boys personally came out with me and helped me get some food as it was critical to get the food atleast for the elderly family member who was travelling with me. Surprisingly what I didn't expect even around 11:30-12 o clock in the we were able to get good hot water in the bathroom. Best thing about this hotel is it's location, very near to Bhadravati bus stand and railway station. Anyone visiting this town or even Shimoga they can easily come and stay without any hassle.

Had booked suite room. Decent room. Linen aren't well maintained though. Only soap provided in bathrooms. Decent service. Location wise, very close to main bus stand. Major plus point is the attached restaurant. Superb taste and service.

The hotel is located near the railway station and on the Highway. The property is newly built and in very quite location. The interiors were upto the mark and toilets were very clean. We have friend staff and they speak different languages. Parking is very good with secuity. It has an attached restaurant and variety of south and north dishes can be ordered to the room. Very recommended for family stay. Overall rating is 8.5/10 I personally recommend this hotel for business and family stay.

Worst service ever no proper hospitality

room was clean. however car parking was cramped. if your car is blocked by another car, wait for that car driver to show up to take out your car. thankfully security was tracking cars with their room numbers, but we got delayed by half hour as the car guy parked in front of us had gone for breakfast.

I don't leave bad reviews anywhere. Though I had good experience with Padma Residency interns of stay, I want to highlight internal operation mess so that management can take some notice. I had booked 15 rooms for guests. With 100% advance and excess money. I have been notified that there is only one family room available just a day before, though we had left 6 rooms vacant, and we had occupied only small rooms, they have excessively charged for the one more family room and taken me for ride. I could have ignored it. But pathetic communication and no proper commitment interns of what room is given to us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PADMA RESIDENCY FOR MASS BOOKINGS HERE. I WILL TRY TO AVOID TO STAY HERE IN FUTURE FOR THIS BAD EXPERIENCE. Please take due diligence and do not blindly trust them. They will definitely take you for ride. Hotel wise I would rate 5/5.

Very well maintained lodge and hospitable staff at reception. Got a free upgrade from classic to new building. Restaurant is across the road and variety foor available. Approach road is now narrow...will improve after widening of NH road.

Rooms and the amenities in the Residency especially in Elite was very Awesome, felt like I'm staying in a 7 star Hotel even the staff also very generous to Help at any time, Lastly I'm very Happy and Spent a good night stay in Padma Residency Elite. I'm Really Very Glad to share my opinion and Experience in this Residency. Specially Thanks for the Staff and Management.
