OYO 3975 Golden Star Country club - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

Gym, Swimming pool, Steam/Sauna, Bathrooms, Changing rooms, Table Tennis room, and Spa are accessible in this facility. Have never experienced a stay. However, the maintenance and management is very poor and almost non-existent at this place.

I don't know why some guys writing good reviews here, maybe they were the well-wishers of the management. I stayed here for 3 nights and including tax per night charges was Rs3091 and a grand total of Rs9274. They are paying like a star hotel and treating customer like a street hotel, room was not clean, daily room cleaning not done, only giving one 500ml water bottle as complimentary (this is also on special request),hot water is not available, bathroom fittings were too bad, food quality was less than average, no professionalism on staff behavior and more over because of some external compressor fan noise coming from nearby hospital you can't able to sleep well.

Very nice and delicious food. This is hotel of country club. Every Saturday evening various programs ( i.e. DJ Night, Tambola, Garba, Antaxari, Dance, Kids play, fancy dress, film, etc )arranged here for members and visitors for enjoyment. Club members are also invited to celebrate their birthday, anniversary party with complimentary cake and drink. Very nice place.

It's a terrible place. The bed sheets smell bad. Bath towel smells bad. The room boys walk in without knocking. Bathroom fixtures are rusted. Wash basin tap trickles on opening fully. They say they have breakfast provided What they provide is ala carte of minimum choice served by waiters with unkempt face and hands. Terrible place. Never go there.

The Hotel was good and could have been excellent if they could have done something for below issues. 1) hot water for bathing not available. 2) tea they gave first time was pathetic but then corrected their mistake by replacing it. 3) denied bottle water just before 2.5 hours of my check out. 4) took more than 15 mins to deliver a plate and spoon at room.

Was here on 07th October 2017 and the rooms are not in a good condition at all. Walls are dirty, switches broken, and in my case the AC did not work. The bathrooms are very basic and I was actually shy to use the bathroom. I give it one star because it at least has a floor. This is not even close to a 3 star hotel. May have been back in the days of Mohenjo Daro or when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Desperately needs to be renovated. No proper parking and the staff service leaves a lot more to be desired.

A good 3 star place for a cheap stay. Good rooms not the best but workable. Toilets are clean. Only thing of concern is air conditioning in the rooms . Make sure you check them.before you move in. Dining room is neat and clean with a nicely laid out a la carte menu with reasonable rates. As far as service goes, it's a drag. Ammunities include a well laid out gym, table tennis and carrom and swimming pool.

I would like to share my holiday experience at your Amrutha Castle Hyderabad. The staff was very friendly and front desk was very cooperative. Food was delicious and buffet spread is nice Overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable this one of the best properties of country club . its a huge place
