Worst service.... Pathetic staff and very poor rooms. I have stayed for two days and there was no water in washroom and ac was not working. Even and after complaining multiple time none of the hotel staff was bothered to look into it. In the end i have to check out hotel at night 1.30AM because of the hotel staff behaviour. Staff has harassed me and forced me to pay the entire amount. Waste of money and time. This hotel (Hotel Ashoka Palace) deserves zero star rating but there is no option available I have to give them 1 star rating. Very bad experience.

I booked the room from OYO but the hotel refused to give room on that rate. The service department didn't responded in night at 1 am, ultimately I was forced to pay more rent for the same room. Oyo has deducted booking amount and saying that I have not reported the hotel.Very bad experience.

It used to be a good place for staying earlier. Now they have increased the rates , but the room conditions are deteriorating. Many bathroom items are in bad condition. However the staff is co-operative and will address your problems quickly. With a little more efforts in maintenance it can be considered as a good place for reasonable priced stays.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is cooperative and they change bedsheets regularly. Since it's located in student area, there are lot of cheap food options. Bus stop is at about 500 metres away from the hotel and Rani Kamalapati railway station is about 1 kilometre. The only negative point is the faulting ACs. Most of the rooms lack properly workings ACs. But when you complaint about this problem to the hotel staff, they will immediately shift to you a better room. Out of all other hotels nearby, this is the most affordable option for people who are conscious about their expenditure on accomodation.

Never ever have I had such a bad experience with the hotel staff. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional and has no concept of hospitality or customer satisfaction whatsoever. Talks rude and loud to the guest. Would never recommend it to anyone. The rooms had hair on the floor and the AC doesn't work and there's no solution to anything.

Online payment kuch or show karte hai or check-in karne pe extra mangte hai. Bolenge k software update nahi hua hai but in k review dekho 5-6 mahine se wahi scene chal rha hai. Why they are not updating there software. Service is poor too. Even they are not providing you water bottle. There were cockroaches on bed. Tv was not working. Worst stay i ever had.

All room facilities is not up to mark like they provide ac room but ac not working condition and taken rent of ac room. In the other hand the staff was very poor in cooperation and they are arguing while customer share the problem Bed sheet and pillow covers not washed In a some time before the oyo room service provide the shampoo, body wash but now in the hotel room we found one small soap and 2 clinic plus shampoo which price 50 paisa Altimatly we can says that the oyo service is now worst service

The hotel is pretty clean. The rooms were good. The only problem was with the flush which was not working and the jet was leaking a little. Apart from this everything else was good. The bedsheets, the towel were clean. The AC was in good condition. The TV and Wifi were both operational.
