Hotel conference hall is good ...staff were friendly,room there is issue ,price is at higher end according to its room and u can get better room near station cheaper than this .

Lovely rooms in affordable price. Got a 2X room in Rs 1200/- through OYO. Room is having TV, AC, Mini freezer, Geyser etc. Linens and towels are neat and clean. Bed is like where you fell asleep in seconds. Service quality need to improve as the serve boys are very young and not having much more experience. Given order for dinner which delivered after 1 hr 30 mins.. Rest all are just fantastic. Food taste is not up to the mark.

I stayed 3 days here. My experience is good. The quality of food is also good. Location is situated in quite place. So you can enjoy the noise free stay. Also situated at city . But room service is little poor. They take time to provide service even I had to call twice for just warm water.

Be careful if you want to book this property online. I recommend you to first check the Rooms or call the hotel before booking because they will not provide what they shown in pictures, even they could ask you for extra amount, and never pay before because they will not refund you. Rooms were overpriced and are really small in size, a negative star is for "Staff behaviour" worst!! especially the receptionist, she will judge you till extreme, I got a cockroach arm In my coffee so about food , don't even think of that.

Slightly cooperative staff.. decoration was okish.. but the food was awfully catered. The associated caterer cannot be changed due to hotel monopoly and the menu decided was changed randomly even after tasting and pre deciding the menu.

A great hotel at prime and peaceful location. Nice interiors and service at a good resident area. Included breakfast was quite good and quality was also appreciable.

I had a chance to visit your property on 15 June 2019 to attend a Anniversary Party in the banquet hall. What I could feel right at the time of entering the hotel building, the staff at the ground floor weren't courteous enough to address any queries of the guests who were to attend the function. This happened with us. The banquet hall where the function was going on was just so so. The serving staff were also very casual type. I believe you will take care of these small things first to generate more confidence of the host as well as the guests who are going to attend the function. Might be the next guest may become one of your clients during time to come, if you care for even the minutest things in order. I am sure you will consider my suggestions.

Overall loved it. Situated inside colony but easily located. Service and rooms all are good. Parking space is good. Sufficient place for a wedding accumulating 500 guests. Wedding hall is also big. So go ahead.
