Poor ventilation. Room floor wasn't cleaned, had sand n dust. Washroom faucet leaking in the sink and flush problem in the toilet. Overall PATHETIC MAINTENANCE

photo not taken hotel is not far from main road, but the surrounding is not so good. better to reach by 9 pm. room is decent. bed sheet was clean but pillow covers are okay. blanket was good. mattress is spongy not very firm. overall cleanliness is decent but not great. bathroom looks good and clean but the bucket and mug was dirty. food at the restaurant is tasty, try it out. they can maintain the rooms better. overall if you are in budget you can go for this hotel. but if you're looking for wow experience you might be disappointed.

I genuinely had a very comfortable stay at sun view hotel. 1. Room was properly maintained and cleaned which you won't find in many hotel even after paying much more . 2. Staff was friendly and cooperative ( They allowed early check in to us) 3. Having located far from city, I think it gives you peace and tranquillity as the hotel is near to beaches and can be explored any time 4. They have restaurant also so you don't need to worry about food. Cons: 1. You must have you own vehicle, public transport is not frequent and ola/uber won't be pocket friendly . 2. City is bit far the hotel location 3. No eateries and utility shop nearly It is totally recommended from my side to all the travellers planning for the stay in vizag. All the best!!

Bathroom is very good with running hot water round the clock. Room size is very small. Room does not have any secondary light. You have to walk 7 - 8 mnts to catch auto. They have restaurant with very limited options. They restaurant do not serve breakfast, only lunch and dinner. Price is very high compare to quality of food. Room service is extremely slow. They could not provide a boiled potato for my son even I requested several times. Location is very lonely and there is no shops nearby. They could not give me an extra pillow, the do not have mosquito oil and there were mosquito in night.

loved staying in this hotel as it was on budget,out of City, beach on walking distance so this was a whole some package for us. clean basic rooms, loved the food- biryani ,, Maggie,, coffee(but would been better for us if they also had breakfast option) , also the staff was really coperative and helpfull.

It is just average hotel, dont expect much if u r paying such less amount... reaching to hotel from station/airport is tedious. It is good only if u want to spend some good time on rushikonda beach. Else it will be 10kms outskirts of city. Thanks

Over All Average. I went as couple ( married ), Room was filled with cigarette smell and was not well maintained. When informed the staff they have sprayed room freshener but it didnot last longer and it continued to smell. I have stayed for 2 days and I can still smell even before the checkout. Staff were polite and approachable. But room could have maintained well.
