Very badly managed by the staff. We came to Nagpur for wedding and had booked complete hotel. Solar heater was not working and everyone including the groom had to take cold shower for three days that too in freezing temp in month of December. Staff did try to help out but final outcome was sir bulaya hai but Abhi tak koi aaya nahi. Some of the staff was very arrogant and rude and spoke very ill with the guests on quite few occasions.
Will only recommend this, if some responsible head takes control of the staff and management and get things organized starting from getting solar heater fixed and next locks for the rooms. Most of the locks and stoppers of the doors in room are broken and only way you can lock and unlock a door is using the room key.
Very disappointed on my first visit to Nagpur. Expected much better.
Don't book this hotel unless you are ok with paying extra charges after booking from Oyo.
Owner is extremely rude, denied entry saying that Oyo has given the hotel at lower rates. Worst experience.
