Very bad experience. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Rooms and washrooms are not maintained well. Front reception guy needs to attend some training session how to talk to customer/guest. Food price is reasonable. Hotel Staff's are very cooperative. Overall experience is very bad.
Hotel is good, near by the flyover and very near to Har ki Paudi. Some of the rooms are small. The room space is limited. The staff are also good and humble. They have renovated the hotel. It looks nice. It is a budget hotel near the river Ganga. You can also go for shopping near by the hotel, every thing is available near it. Better park your vehicle near the the fly over it caost Rs71 for 12 hours. It has ample space for parking and just walking distance from the hotel.
It's a fake hotel and just built for looting customers.Don't book in this hotel and especially don't pay online. They spoke in Avery rude manner. I have booked the hotel online and paid it online but when I reached the hotel they denied the check in by stating in a very rude way that you shouldn't have paid online and you should cancel your booking. I booked hotel by Oyo..when I reached hotel they said they are no more Oyo hotel and charged 1200 for non ac room...let me describe you about hotel 1. TV is not working,2- dirty bedsheets. 3-small rooms

Room is okay! Dont expect much! But the main problem which I found is that there is no window, no ventilation inside the room! The washroom was not good! Shower was broken!
