OYO 3762 Swamini Niwas - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

This place is beautiful. I would certainly like to mention about the food, its really flavourful. The only thing which I would like the staff to improve is time management, electric supplies and most importantly your WiFi net work. So the reason I gave 4 stars is because the food covers it all up. I am sure if you improve this it can be a five star restaurant.

The reception is pretty small and front desk is not helpful at all. The hotel has less parking area inside the vicinity The room size is decent but washroom is pretty small and does not have any modern facility. The hotel does not have it's dining restaurant and hence morning breakfast is served in room. The menu in morning buffet is very limited and food came wrapped with newspaper - as per my view it's unhygienic. Uber and ola take lot of time to reach the hotel as its near hilly area. The hotel can be considered if requirement is only room stay for short period.

I stayed there for two nights in early October 2017. The room given to me was all dusty and full of odor from pest control. Felt like that room was not used for ages. The AC was not working and making lot of noise with remote control broken. The telephone in the room also was not working. The hotel didn't have card machine so had to pay by cash. There was only a single guy who could bring food or breakfast. There was no housekeeping done during the stay. Wifi password was to be asked and then only given. No curtsy to offer it. Due to the dust and bad air conditioning, I had to face allergy attack and down with ear infection for 5 days. I will never recommend to stay there ever.

If there was an option of zero, would rate that. No exaggeration! As a girl had bad experience. The staff is rude and not at all trained to speak with anyone, specially a girl. Very dis-respectful. When you place an order over intercom, they serve you as if they are doing a favor. No courtesy towards guest. Don't even think of going here because the staff is inhuman. Personally had a very bad experience.

The location is walkable from the Infinity IT park. However, it is surrounded by slum area and the area stinks of urine and garbage thrown in open. The hotel is average with very little breakfast served in the name of free breakfast. I got bitten by bed bugs too. Do not order food even by mistake.

Very convenient & affordable stay with good food & service quality. Staff is humble & polite that was plus point. Located at good location without noise. calm place.

It's a sincere request to everyone to not book here. They put people on reception who are ill mannered where I was informed later he wasn't even an employee. They all argumentative, threatening and sheer waste of your hard earned money. Their rating of 3.4 (as of now) is a farce. Kindly do not consider any other review and trust me on this by saving yourselves a lot of unnecessary harassment.

The place is good but they lack hospitality etiquette, in-spite of booking the entire bungalow in advance we were suggested to take two different locations to stay. After a lot of heated argument we were still given partial accommodation. The food service was pathetic, basic room services were taking a lot of time
