This hotel does not even deserve a one star rating. Had a terrible experience during my stay. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate when I asked to switch the room as the AC was not working and the water was leaking from the AC. The room was not clean and there were mosquitoes all over the bed. I couldn't sleep the whole night and eventually had to move to a nearby hotel in the middle of the night.
The world worst hotel i have checked-in. The saff have no manner how to talk they only want money nothing else .First hotel i have seen that once you check-in you have to summited all the money it's doesn't matter you get the service or not.none of the geysers work properly in the washroom .The saff dnt listen anything they just ignore what we are saying to them they even don't have a any knowledge about hotel management.
I visited this place for haldi function of my brother in law. DJ was poor. They provided us basement hence celling was very low. ACs were not working during party. Very small place.Not more than 50 people can accommodate. Food was average. Stage and decoration were average. Hotel's vibe was negative. Room condition was average.
Rooms are ok, but best part is food at their restaurant. It's delicious, I stayed here for more than 2 weeks n enjoyed various chicken dishes here and all were very delicious. Butter nan was one of the wow factor. For staying it's 3 start but for for food it's 4 star hotel.
Rooms are dirty. Electric Switches are wot working, Lights are not proper, no good Service Staff. Water flow in taps, means to fill 1 bucket of water will take 1 hr, shower in bathrooms are not good. Ac and TV remorts are not working,.......................

The restaurant is verryyy sloww. There is a banquet attached in the basement. Attendees of the marriage keep running on the floor and disturb the guests. Bathrooms are never clean in Kanpur, even though in a 3 star hotel like this. There was rat litter all over the bathroom. Service is pathetic. A bottle of water will be delivered to your room in 20 mins atleast.

It is two storeyed hotel where the basement and ground floor are for small parties and I floor has rooms for guests. The hotel has a good restaurant which serves good food.
