Very poor atmosphere, cold shabby unclean rooms. Booked through Oyo and the rooms shown there were completely different from the actual one, which was very small and the bedsheet was dirty, and i found out multiple female hair strands so expect zero cleanliness. And blankets were yellowish and dirty and somehow stuffed into a wall cabinet without folding. Don't recommend at all. Worst.
I had booked a 2X room form the Oyo app and it cost me 1100 per room . 800 would have been the right price for me. Rooms were small . It had TV, AC , cupboard, a attached bathroom, a table , telephone and WiFi. All the gadgets were in proper working condition. It has a restaurant , but the food is overpriced. They need I'd to check you in. They didn't have acqaguard or any other water filtr. They sell packed water bottles. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It shows in Google maps that it is just 2kms away from Subash bose international airport but takes around half an hour by road. If you have to catch a flight in the afternoon, please keep atleast 2.5 hrs in hand keeping in mind the kolkata traffic.
I had book the hotel through OYA and had reach the place at 9.30 morning it was found that my booking was from 12 i had requested that i will sit in the reception for some time but they told you cannot sit there. I had to give to give Rs 250 extra then. When i entered the room there was a dirt a yellow color on the Pillow. When asked the concern person in the reception he said it is washed and i showed him its not washed and the stain is removed by my bear nails. I checked out of the hotel in evening and return to my home back from Kolkata. Even though the manager was good but the old fellow who was in morning was rude and he didn't knew about the hospitality to be given to customer
