Very poor hotel you can't get single water bottle in room need to purchase own.
Pros:
1. Value for money.
2. Big rooms
3. Good for a couple of hours stay
Cons:
1. No resturant. Even for a tea they wl procure from outside
2. Slow service. I asked fr a plate and it came after 30 mins. They couldnt provide a spoon with it.
3. The room we stayed had personal belongings of the staff. One of the staff even almost entered the room. We were provided the keys at a much later stage. I didn't feel safe.
If was horrible guys. Don't go there. All the positive reviews are written by the staff and friends only.
After reaching anand vihar I directly went there. I wanted it to book via Oyo app, but the manager convinced me not to book it via Oyo. I booked it at 1200 rs for 1 night. After checking out they told me that only 999 bill can be given. And abusing me badly. I couldn't fight them as they were many. Please don't go there.
Excellent Staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Nice atmosphere. Nice place . Overall Excellent cooperative staff and rooms were very very excellent. Parking space excellent.
Worst place to stay. Booked 6 rooms through oyo. Reached at morning 3.00 A.M. found rooms were occupied by others. it tooks about 1 hour to get the rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were unhygienic. Staffs are inoperative, undisciplined. Not suitable for family and couples. It's Horrible
They have registered in MMT but do not approve MMT booking invoice. Had to cancel the booking after being denied. Worst owner. Very bad behavior. No knowledge about online booking.
Place is okay , expectations were met, staff was good overall my feelings are neutral & normal regarding the stay.
Wouldn't have given 1 star if possible. No hot water provisions. No cleanliness, irresponsive staff, dirty rooms.
