Staff and owner do fraud with some broker & auto driver of New Delhi railway station.Behaviour after entry is very rude. Almost everything is damage in room. Ac,T.v do not work properly.i stay 3 days room cleaning staff not come,time of booking they said give me GST bill but right now yet no return of this bill that means there GST bill also froud.I complained income tax department.
Room and toilet/bathroom facilities is so bad. Cockroach, mosquito,flies are in room. So bad hotel and rooms.
It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel , They gave me a so called AC Room and they switch off the AC power button frequently, Room was damp and smelly , asked to mop the floor but the service boy denied it by saying he will send the house keeping boy later as he is at his lunch period , cleaning was not done . and on top of it No network coverage in the room and no wifi too. No in house restaurant , the service boy would knock your door very often to ask you whether you want any extra service ( Spa ,beer and some unusual practice).if you Deny any of these they will treat you like an unwanted guest or you are staying for free . Because they get commission for doing such services. The bathroom door was not proper and wash basin water was leaking right away to the floor . And no proper sleep in the night because of large bed bucks and termites . Finally don't go for this property as it is totally unhygienic and waste of money . If you don't have any option better stay in Bangla sahib gurdwara for a night or two this is the best option . I would never visit to stay here again in my life .

Worst hygiene experience bed bugs horrible
The staff was very courteous, something not found in hotels in this area. However the rooms could be improved in terms of the damp smell they were having and the bedbugs which crept out in the night. They did not hamper the sleep or caused any trouble though. But they need to take care of their rooms better.
Most horrible service. They have AC rooms and rooms with coolers. Dirty linen, unhygienic bathroom and no restaurant. They don't have 24 hours water supply. They promised many things to make stay comfortable but failed everytime. Staff gave tap water tip drink even though they have RO facility.. cannot imagine how this hotel can come under oyo!! Worst experience
