Every thing except the location I found worth every penny paid, nice and clean property, quality of amminties is good, not a professional but room service was happy to help Wonderful people seems despirate to serve, strongly recommend if you are into touring profile and look for a peaceful and clean night hault. One more negetive food was extremely costly better to dine somewhere else. For me my next destination travel option was walkable.
The location is good. The behaviour of the hotel staff is nice. The taste of the food is good. Electricity cut is their everyday and there's no balcony.
Wonderful stay in Hotel Pacific, Kashipur. Nice location. Newly constructed neat and clean hotel rooms, washroom, lobby, entrance of Hotel & Reception of Hotel Pacific. Excellent grade of Hotel. Suggested to all families, friends, women's etc. I am also suggest these kind of Wonderful Hotels to my all friends & relatives.
Staying in Pacific was a nightmare. It is one of worse hotel I have been stayed yet. There is no power backup available. Rooms are congested and expensive. Staff is lazy and they don't answer the calls. The keep telling lies about power supply.
It was very bad experience about this hotel..no quality food,electricity cut for 8 hours..no electric generator was there..actually we booked through GOIBIBO and they lied to us ..bcoz when we complaint about it to hotel management they told us that they have informed GOIBIBO that we don't have gensets and we have electric cuts problem..but GOIBIBO didn't tell us..and they are continually renting rooms..I will never trust on GOIBIBO again.. 0 rating by me..

Absolutely wonderful place to plan for a marriage. Relatives planned a 7 days marriage celebration there, it was an awesome experience. Owner is very good too. Food is very nice and not like usual hotels. Flower decoration is excellent.
The rooms are small cosy, but on service part they seem to be struggling. Bathrooms are well equipped but need proper maintenance. Location of the place is reachable and parking is also present. A little extra effort can make them one of the best hot
