Not recommended for family and couples. Room n Bed sheets were nt cleaned. anyway we were not expecting 5 star hotel...bt atleast basic requirements should be well managed. If you are coming late to Hotel from marriage event please inform them....they use to shut down shutter and sleep. And it will be very difficult to make it open again... Good luck,
Staffs are good but their response are very late and poor. Newly build hotel but poor maintenance. Rooms are smelling. Toilets and stairs are not cleaned. Sardar jee is also not resonding in a way he should very lethargic.
Dirty and unhygienic rooms and toilet full of mosquitos .This hotel's management and staff all have unprofessional attitude and behaviour. In spite of confirmed booking and full online payment, they Kept me waiting for for half hour and then ask to go for fresh up in a dirty toilet and then told that tomorrow I shall be check out forcibly as no room was available which was sorted out later on with external interference.
I will say the worst hotel of darbhanga. According to them if u visit after 2am then u will find the hotel closed when u have already paid the money. Worst service ever I have seen. Never ever visit here.
Very bad hotel.Dirty room,no any professional staff, rude sevice by staff, no security,no battery backup, fealing fear in night , people only came for sex there for 2 to 4 hours . No any people stay there at night......... Finally very bad experience in Darbhanga.
Nice place for small occasion, like party, meeting. So comfortable room, Ac , Non-Ac . On the prime location of Laheriasarai. You can get sancks & lunch easily. There is a good market in front of this hotel
