OYO 3703 Hotel Payal - Hotel in Ajmer - Ajmer, India

Rooms were good. Room service was nice but the owner was kind of rude. Didn't provide me with the bill of food. But price was good for 3 people. I booked through oyo. Bathrooms are pretty small and toilet seats are uncomfortable. Toilet paper isn't provided. The bed was super comfortable and soft. But they didn't provide blanket with the extra mattress. Food was average. The staff is inexperienced but they are not rude and will not get angry if mistakes are pointed. Overall i would say that this hotel is absolutely worth it for its price. You can get it for 769 if single and 999 if double with wifi and complimentary breakfast.

Room was pretty good. We were 2 sharing the room. Both hot & cold water was available for shower. Shower gel, soap and moisturizer was provided along with the towels were good. Room service was good. For lunch and dinner (Veg or non veg) you have to walk for 5-7 mins. Fast wifi was available. Only one thing I found different, the water bottle labeled as "bisleri" wasn't sealed, the water was poured from there water filter but the water was fine. Breakfast was served on time. Overall experience was good.

Most comfortable place to stay near dargha and railway station. They will 100% privacy. You can't get the egg in breakfast. Overall it's one of the best places to stay in Ajmer. One more thing you have to wait for 10 to 15 min for the hot water otherwise book this property without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay there the rooms are spacious and well maintained, with clean bathroom. They also serve food in the room. They have given us rooms in new building which is just across the road. It is hardly 5 min drive from ajmer railway station & dargah is also at walk able though it is nearly around 1 km.

May be Hotel payal is good but i had gruesome experience. I had booked Deluxe family room (3 persons) and requested hotel authority prior to my arrival through mail for room at first or second floor because of my mother's knee problem. I got prompt reply, thumbs up for this and luxury category room was offered which had elevator. Now, I will write comments categorically. Location: Hotel payal is at nice location. It is well connected with most tourist places of Ajmer. Service quality: When I reached hotel at 11 pm they turned down the offer saying rooms are occupied.Also elevator was not operational. After nearly 30 mins of arguments (not negotiation), i was offered deluxe room (2 persons) by shifting a guest from that room.SUCH NICE SERVICE!!! Amenities: NO TOWEL, NO SOAP/BATHROOM KIT, NO GLASS for water. I asked them twice then finally got soap and glass. TOWEL was not offered in 2 days stay although i asked 4 times during my stay. NO ELEVATOR facility. SO VERY BAD HOTEL FOR OLD PERSONS. Cleanliness: There was water blockage in bathroom just after single person took bath. You will need min. 10-15 min for water to get drained. Coming to FOOD: Pathetic taste. Even a dhaba near by Payal is serving much delicious food than Payal. Over all it was unforgettable stay for me at Hotel Payal. They proved that Ajmer is a TOURIST place and serving and treating guests is last on their priority list.

It was a good stay. At that time only problem was the unavailability of pantry service. But that is ok. We also got good parking spot which was our one of the main concern in Ajmer. Overall it was a very good stay. I am also thinking yo visit again in a month or 2.

Great hotel! Got it thru oyo at a good deal. Great interiors and the food is pretty good. Only disadvantage is that the WiFi over here is VERY bad. You cannot even trust it while making any online payments bec it will most likely get stuck. Overall a great place to stay! Totally recommended!

First things first.. This hotel does not have internet. Which hotel in any town does not have internet nowadays? 2nd thing is that it does not have a shower, just a bucket and mug. 3rd thing have beetel stains all over the room with bug cracks and marks allover the room. 4th thing no non-veg food. They just get non-veg food parcel from a different reataurant. Now coming to our experience. The door handle was broken when we checked in. The hotel staff told us they will repair it in morning. In morning they did not and later when we came back after visiting places the door did not open. We had to wait an hr for them to break the door. We asked for a replacement room but they refused saying all rooms are the same. When i asked them about the internet they mentioned that it is mentioned in ibibo that the hotel does not have wifi. I told them even if that be the case do they expect customers to come if they do not have internet even after 1-2 yrs as everybody needs internet and is a basic necessity. They just laughed and told us that nobody chooses hotel bcos of internet. I never could imagine this kind of bad experience.
