FAKE RATINGS to lure customers..!!!<br/>I was mislead by the FAKE RATINGS of this OYO.<br/>My booking id was ZSBM6954. Please ask the ones giving this terrible OYO property 5 stars their booking ids. <br/>1. Unhygienic toilet and bathroom. I was even unable to touch the bucket and mug provided. Toilet seat was dirty, it was not cleaned even after asking the staff. Tap was dripping. Door was unable to push close, thus could not be locked. No towels, toilet kit provided, had to ask for one.<br/>2. Quilt was missing, had to ask one. when brought, it was just thrown on the bed.<br/>3. Extra bedding was just a mattress without any bedsheet or quilt or pillow. I had to ask twice for the same. On bringing the asked items, bed had to be arranged by the customer himself.<br/>4. Insects inside room.<br/>5. Stale food was delivered, that too after waiting for an hour. It had to be returned and we slept without eating anything.<br/>6. Breakfast and tea was given after a delay of 2 hours, even after confirming if the food can be provided in time. Items asked for breakfast were missing.<br/>7. AC water was freely dripping on the entrance of the room for anyone to slip on easily. <br/>8. On complaining, the staff gave rude reply.
Staff is gentle with me and the location is nice . from balcony view is amazing . My room is very clean and nice. Washroom is clean . Bed is soft. Over all hotel is Excellent. Thank You.

staff is unprofessional(not rude but inexperienced), quality of rooms are not so good,I stayed in room no 106 with ancient times A.C, washroom contains old Asian paints used bucket, bed was comfortable but don't know when was the last time they changed the bedsheet, overall service and everything is below average, I choose this hotel because my exam centre is near by....quality improvement required.
