Don't choose this hotel. Worst experience for the money paid. Don't be blinded by the 5 stars in the reviews. It might have been given by the relatives and friends of the hotel manager. 1. The response from the receptionist was worst. He was getting annoyed for asking the services which had to be provided like complementary breakfast, water for drinking, A/C, wifi and other services. 2. Average grade complementary breakfast of worth Rs 50/- only is provided. 3. A/C charges was charged for non AC rooms. 4. Timings of hot water service is limited. 5. Food in the restaurant is good.

We stayed here for two days. It was a worst experience. I'm a traveller and love visiting places. This hotel was a terrible one! The ACs and WiFi weren't working. There was no remote for tv. No brushes, soaps, towels, water bottles, complimentary breakfast were provided. These problems weren't in just my room, but in other rooms as well. We had to ask them always for stuffs, and they didn't provide us! They also charged us additionally. Although the sub- staff is little polite, the elderly receptionist is very rude and arrogant. The hotel is still under construction and only few rooms are complete and dust free. Rest all the rooms are yet to be renovated. Even the lift isn't fit yet. The food is somewhat good, but the stay was not up to the mark. I had to pay a huge price for no comfort and had to compromise on the facilities! I would never recommend this hotel. Stay out of such money-minded hotels

The worst experience I have ever had! Other than the food every other service was pathetic. They charge you for A/C but you don't have the switches at all in the rooms. They have the control at the reception but then never on. It was said that the breakfast is complimentary but then later during check out they charged for the breakfast. There is this guy who sits at the receptionist area...damn he is very rude. No towels nor oral kit/ soaps were provided during our stay. We had booked 8 rooms in advance to attend the wedding and I'll have to say that they don't keep there words what were commited during the advance booking time. I would suggest you all to go check Royal Nandhana house if you are looking for rooms. As the prices are comparatively on the higher side at Nandhana but they have experienced staff at your service, the rooms are neat and clean...and the main thing the A/C controls are in the room. You 'll have a hassle free experience there.

THE MANAGER AND ALL THE STAFFS ARE VERY KIND AND WELL- MANNERED.. ESPECIALLY NON VEGETARIAN CHICKEN BRIYANI AND EGG BRIYANI IS A MUST TRY... BRIYANI IS JUST 190 FOR 600GMS.. FLAVOURED AND SUPERB TASTE.. 24X7 ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE.. WELL FURNISHED, HYGIENE FOCUSED AND SURROUND WITH PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT... CHINESE,NORTH INDIAN, SOUTH INDIAN MEALS AVAILABLE... Worst experience Can't sleep well bcoz it is in the highways So vehicle sound if heavy inside And the fan sound is irritating. I stayed for 8 hours they charged 1000 rs

I stayed here twice, but both times the rooms were not cleaned and there were hairs on the blankets. The rooms were not cleaned and hygiene there was no water bottle provided as a complimentary item.
