OYO 36955 Al Bahar Suites - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

We were 3 of us mom ,brother and me as well.for early check in and check out they said they will charge 1300 and asked me I somehow managed and bring down the amount to 1000 and we were charged 1000 for 4 hours and then they gave me key for room no.303 which was like the room have been closed long years before and spider running in white sofa and as we travelled from very long we went to washroom were flash is not working and basin water drops are hardly coming approximately will take at least 2 days to fill a mug and I asked them plz clean my room and then a guy came inside and checked and say now it's working mam I trusted him and checked it's still remains same.this time I was exhausted and shouted " ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO CHANGE OR LET ME CHECK OUT " THE manager there cooly replays "MAM WE IF YOU CHECKOUT NOBODY IS GOING TO REFUND" IN HINDI)I even know I can receive my money back till 12 am my real check in time ..but I stayed like ok because I don't know to replay in Hindi,and then they changed my room to 303 that was ok still dust parchments everywhere I have attached the pics.and we asked for towel he bought it quickly and asked him for water he said something which really breaks my heart"MAM DIAL 111 FOR PONY(WATER).Seriusly for drinking water we waited more than 5 and half hours true .I was tired and slept as I took bath and slept and we did not call 111 only for water that day was done and my second day they called us and asked for what breakfast you need I asked what they have they mentioned upma,vlbread omblet,Allo paratha,idly tea coffee I ordered for 1 -Aloo paratha,2-bread omblette,3-upma 4- 2 cup coffee and one tea,then I pointed out and asked for water ,and went to bath when I came I saw upma,Allo paratha 2 PC's,2 cup coffee and one cup stale tea(. It's not hot cold tea)and my mom are upma and my brother are Allo paratha and I am still waiting for my bread omblette and one thing we did not served water we called 111 the guy said the cleaning boy is having food and he will come after having food and asked my one more food that is bread omblette is pending they replayed "ARAYUM MADAME" ( ITS COMING ON THE WAY) ITS now been 1 and half hour my family had food and waiting for water and I waiting for food after that I was angry and called back and asked him where is my food they said which food we gave everything bread omblette no available so we gave one more aloo paratha I said there was only 2pcs of aloo paratha they said per person 1 paratha only we cannot give you more ,I asked them why dou you not informed me earlier now I am hungry it's been 12 o clock I didn't have the breakfast still they cooly telling me to pay 150 for one more alloo paratha.and I further asked where is water they said mam bringing ....now I could not keep quit my hungry become angry and I called the hell app make my trip where I booked this bleedy hotel and complained these they are somewhat tried and my parents said me to calm down order from zomato and eat ...I left this also still no one assisted me properly and this time I just asked them to clean the room which was done by that day we went to Mumbai gate and returned about 10.pm Still no water finally I went down and get the water myself.that day ends and the third day they gave me the food which we ordered correct ly and taste was nice and also complimentary bread two slice with butter,then we asked water for breakfast the guy gave me water as usual for lunch that day we were sleeping in the room no room service afternoon I was suffering from fever asked for the stream rice from menu my family ordered food in zomato.This time I got more than 4 calls from reception to conform my stream rice order I confirm all the 4 time by saying" yes I need " but I did not receive anything man not even a unstraeam rice they does not have my food I fall asleep ,,,,, because I dont have any strength to fight with them,final day they are asking 1000 for late cheque out the manager spoke about Tamil

Very standard rooms with good facilities and good behavior of people working there.... It's my pleasure of giving all of them a big thanks.

Appearance of rooms was WOW, staff Behaviour was awesome. All facilities were available and in good working condition. Food quality was good

Worst Hotel i never recommend any one to book this hotel I booked hotel for 3 days and face thousands of Problems They are not able to maintain hotel Worst Hotel Wastage of Money and time I can't explain how many problems I faced I attached some photos after check this photos you decide you stay or not

Hotel was okay, hotel staff were polite and helpful. Although few amenities were missing, however overall experience was good.

Rooms are big, clean and the staffs are very efficient with their duty n very co-operative had a pleasant stay

As per local residents, Hotel was closed 3-4 days prior to my booking. Contact number was switched off. Beware of this property.
