Ac was not working , they are charging extra at the time of check out , managers are behaving rude sounding so low class you can say chapris. No management and they argue with you if you ask why are you asking more as we already decided the price. Don't book this hotel, you can get good hotels in this price range in Karol Bagh.

My hotel stay was really pleasant. The owners and staffs were really kind and helpful. The hotel recently completed their renovation, hence, the room and toilet was clean. The location is right at karol bagh market and the metro station is just 600-700 meters walk away. However, small issues, that could be fixed. The flush stops working at times, the hot water was fluctuating, and the door latch was kind of slipped.

This is the worst experience of a hotel , there is no clear charges , they behave very rudely especially the manager first they told me a room of a price then at the time of payment they denied that price and ask me to pay more , I have to pay it because I have to leave for my train I don't have time to argue with them , worst hotel , worst management ,.

Rooms are a disaster. ACs don't work properly in most rooms. Many rooms are infested with rats and cockroaches. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. And the location is very convenient for shopping.

Nice Big Rooms but to be very honest the Service was pathetic. For unknown reasons the Towel Soap comes about 12 hours late after check in. The Washroom flush were not working at all. Even the AC are little slow. Although the staffs are polite but still not a god experience.

The worst experience i ever faced in my life. Really OYO lost my trust. Before booking I called OYO representatives about hygiene and cleanliness they told it is one of the best. How they can play with our trust without knowing the status of the hotel go and check the hotel physically then you will realize what is the actual situation. Hotel staff are worst they don't know what is hospitality. Rooms are dirty and smelling, I have no word to say for bathrooms, just imagine the flush was not working during 2 days stay, disgusting. Very very old hotel Don't ever think to book this hotel.

Awesome! Well Organised rooms, equipped with refrigerator, almirah and most probably the Air Conditioner for the complete relaxation. Neat and clean drinking water facility available. Clean and Hygienic washrooms.
