Pathetic service. Staffs are unprofessional. Wifi was there but with no internet. Door was there but no knob or handle. Hot water was not coming. Even after repeated complaints they did'nt bother to fix these. On top of this, the hotel rooms are just below a gym which opens in the morning and closes at 10pm. So the whole day you will continuously hear loud thud noises on top of you and the whole room shaking frequently with that. WORST EXPERIENCE!!
I had booked a room in this hotel and paid the rent through Oyo. (About 20 days in advance). When I reached the hotel, they said rooms were not available and later showed me a stinking room. Please don't opt for this hotel. And the receptionist doesn't even know basic English for communication.
Checked in at 1 30am already paid at oyo they said last room available has no A/C, no hot water in the morning till 8am lift does not work after 12 am no Potter to keep your luggage over all this when entering room saw full size cockroach go under bed. Never again will I use oyo as they were also of no help.
Worst place to visit for an Oyo. Cleaning will be done on alternate days with the towels also being changed only on alternate day. Geyser facility is not there and the staff will also not care about your difficulties. If you do online payment at Oyo App then they reject your booking and won't allow you even. Night staff only knows kannada and cannot converse to guests in any other language.
It was a nice stay at the hotel. They are a lot helpful towards the customers and the pic as shown by oyo is same as the hotel rooms.
Staff behavior was not good, the receptionist doesn't understand Hindi and English also, they denied to give me cheak because I paid my charge online ,thay only accept cash Room was also not specius, and birthrum was disgusting
