Worst hotel ever Hotel staff is unprofessional and had a very bad experience and the owner shows attitude and tries to make us spend more money . We had came from far sekking high expectations and we ended up with this. Not recommend for anyone from India or somewhere else

The condition of rooms looked like they haven't been maintained well, worn-out blankets, leaky taps but basic amenities are OK. The parking space is what's extraordinary, safest in the entire area since it's within a small alleyway which opens ups to the parking space

once of the worst hotel i have ever visited, i have booked this through OYO APP and i have called before we arrive around morning 4:30 am, after we arrive at the hotel they said there are no rooms which i have booked and we have wasted more than 1 hours at this plan. At reception the person who is available was so arrogant and no proper response, My family of 16 Members are just waiting for the rooms and he was so casual and asking us to move and leave from there with our giving proper info. we tried reaching the owner several time but still not taking the call. finally we called oyo and they too have no info about our rooms that are booked in advance with full payment done. we raised a complaint and move to other hotel, its a poor service and i will never book oyo rooms.

Poor experience.... I had booked 2 rooms in the hotel. On-boarding took 45 min, 1st the gentleman was engaged in charge handover takeover, told to wait. Then delayed in confirming on complimentary breakfast. Rudely spoke to my son... pahara mat padho (Don't read tables). I had booked suite room but room given was classic. Mattress was very bad, dirty pillow cover and bed-sheet, no room service, dirty toilet, even hot water didn't come in the morning. Asked for 2 hour extension, allowed only 1 hour... asked 500 extra per room if I checked out at 2pm. Only good thing was he allowed to keep my luggage at hotel reception for entire day. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel... Thanks

Location is good,it's close to taj mahal,but the service is very bad very slow. I booked a cab for next day next travel it didn't show up, i had to go out on the road and search for the cab. The breakfast time was 7:30AM on request the manager said it will be available at 7:00AM at the time of checkin. But the till 8:00AM the breakfast didn't not come. Ac was not working, hot water was jit available. Lift not available. I booked room for 3 persons, me and my parents, my parents had to suffer become of unavailability of lift.

The room shown in the pics are way different than in reality. Average room. Nothing fancy. Intercom doesn't work. The flush was broken. Had booked the room including breakfast but the hotel staff denied to give it, citing reason that they had not received the update from OYO.

One of the best oyo i have ver stayed in ! Its really superb nd the staff is super supportive and provides assistance when ever you need it ! The owner has maintained the property very nicely and the rooms are exactly its is shown like! We had no problem at all !! It was a super chill hotel at agra ! Really enjoyed the stay booked 2 room and both rooms where very clean and nice and most importantly the bathroom was super nice ! Breakfast was also very well provided on the time we wanted it ! I think its the best hotel to stay in agra !

Horrible hotel staff, didn't provide towels inspite of repeated requests. All the plug points weren't working, neither the geyser was working. Rooms were not cleaned from before hand. Huge gap between the windows and the walls - allowing outsiders to peek in. Overall deserves less than 1.
