We had booked a hotel yesterday as on 22nd june, 2019 at 10:30-45pm approx but when We checked into a room, its totally unhygienic, full of mosquitoes and ac are also not working. We also wait their for 45 minutes may be ac will be working but its not then we were called at Oyo customer care as you can check into your database. We had raised a complaint against hotel's issues then once of your person had booked an another hotel in the same area in the same price. She said you dont have to pay at another hotel because we already paid online for the The grand residency. And the hotel reception's person saying again and again, please mam and Sir dont go, you dont face this issue again and also saying of you want to shift another hotel then you can but dont give us a bad rating and we said that its ok we do not give you bad rating but we can not stay at your hotel because your ac are not working but again and again he forced us please dont go , now ac will working properly but he dont understand that we had already wait their for 45 mins but if it is not working then why we would stay at their hotel, and now we want refund then hotel Receptionist said we drunk.... Means seriously is this the way you people are treating us like this. We have proof also, you can check the cctv cameras of the hotels and listen the recordings and we can provide you the medical certificate also, if we drunk at yesterday night then definately medical result will be in your side. Yesterday one more customer also face this same issue in the grand residency hotel and even their helping boy also said to the Receptionist that why do you provide rooms to the guest when your ac are not working even he also said that our ac are not working, if you dont trust us Go their and check at your own . If we said wrong then say to us But we want our refund otherwise we will take the action regarding hotel. Hope you will understand our concern. worst hotel ever..... rooms are full of mosquitoes, unhygienic, and ac are also not working.... if you people go for this hotel from oyo, then please dont go ever here.....Oyo also not refund our money and we shifted to another hotel also. When oyo CC asked from hotel for our feedback then hotel receptionist gave wrong and illogical statements to the oyo CC but we have the proofs also.... So oyo should have to refund us but they not.... because they goes with hotel's feedback not with us..... without seeing any proof OYO CC said we dnt refund.....
