good experience, clean rooms , But Food is not Up to the mark and you have to give the food Bill immediately after food service in Room . (Look Like near Roadways bus stand Hotels )

It's a good hotel but they will have to serve good quality of food and tasy

Good location but modest service. Service quality was better before but things are pretty bad now...

it was an average stay as I was stayed there for more than 25 days but even then small small things were highlighted by the fellow staff sometimes.

Value for money of course. The location is perfect particularly for the people having patients admitted to Apollo gleneagles hospital. The reception was prompt to complete the check-in process. But the housekeeping section is not satisfactory. While the other hotels of this category provide few extra bottles of drinking water without a question, here the housekeeping staff asked the guests blatantly to get water from the hotel. Hand-towel was not provided despite requests. The excuse was that laundry had not come. Not sure if the linens were changed regularly. Funny! Had to ask for slippers too. The carpet in the corridor was badly stained. Breakfast was limited but good. They even called for breakfast politely. Food at the restaurant was quite costly compared to the quality. Over all an average experience.

There is no hot water in bathroom, when raised they the reception will push on the maintenance who doesn't respond. The hygiene is pathetic, the house keeping will not clean or change the bedsheet until asked for. Suite cost is at par any other 4 star hotel but lacks basic stuff. They dont refill the things , in the corridor you see stail food plates kept for days. The manager of the hotel is rude. The food is costly too for the standard they have. The only good thing is its location because of it people stay. But for the value of money would not ming giving a negative rating. Also the refrigerator doenst work , it is just a show piece in the room .

Very bad experience didn't expect such a service from the hotels end. To start with 1) we were over charged even after making advance booking and advance payment, as the room type was changed without intimation. The hotels reception at the time of billing and check-out the cash paid by us was mishandled which was astonishing and many other small instances relating to service. Unexpected!!!

Ooohhh My God.... what a horrific first day experience..... I am traveling with my pregnant wife, here for treatment. Before 2 days of reaching the property, I had a talk with the manager of the hotel that I would reach late at night with my pregnant wife. I asked them to keep some food for me but the manager said and I quote "please come to the hotel without any worry everything is available 24 hours" I was soo happy. I thought that I have booked the room for one month hence the special treatment. But as I reached the hotel today to my utter surprise and disappointment theanager himself is saying and again i quote "sir after 11 we have limited menu you should know that no hotel keeps Chinese and tandoori menu after 11". I was guilty of ordering 2 portions of sweet corn soup and 1 portion of chili chicken the "Chinese food". Great way of cheating people. Such great hospitality... I am so grateful that I am staying in this hotel. Attached please find their great suit room. So great....
