Worst experience ever, you either get a very small room overlooking the market or a little bigger room overlooking the dirty backyard. entrance to the hotel has a bed for a homeless old person. More pathetic is the behaviour of the front desk person I think who doesn't have the decency to stand up while speaking to a lady. he was blissfully sitting with earphones in and legs shaking while speaking to me. When I requested for a late check out he gave me very vague answers and asked me to wait for the next day to see what could be done. When I said I am with a baby and you can't leave me hanging with no specific answer he still didn't budge. i had to then book the room for an entire day while I just needed a late check out of 2-3 hours as my train was at 4 pm. Along with the above issues, bed linen were old and dirty with nicks at several places. The restaurant served stale food at dinner, lunch was comparatively okay. the kitchen as well as reception didn't know that our room had complementary breakfast , when contacted the menu surprised us, we could either have 2 paratha and 1 tea or butter toast and 1 tea. if we needed 2 tea, the toast/paratha would go down by half. i am surprised that when the room is booked for 2 adults, how come they are serving breakfast for a single person that too the most meagre as compared to other hotels. Extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy!
rooms are exactly same as shown in photos.. hotel staffs are polite. place is well maintained. all rooms have big windows but there is nthng to see except old building..they also give you free wifi access if u ask for :)
Everything has few pros and cons.... 1. Cleanliness 2. Facilities i.e. electricity, TV, water supply, WiFi. 3. Cost effective i.e. Rs 600 for me 4. Location- very close to railway station and Rs 10 from bus stand. 5. No specific negative point.
Cockrocach and mouse on the floor, not a good service, staff is not good, bedsheets and bathrooms are unhygienic .. overall experience is worst... I suggest not to book any room

Very nice hotel for people at an very affordable price and clean ac and non ac rooms available here. At the main road so dont get confuse it have a wonderful view from the room.
Friendly staff but found mouse in the room and no running hot water. Also, half of food in menu card is not available. Rooms are extremely congested. For the price, it's okay.
Nice hotel to stay in Ludhiana with market right next to railway station. Nice view of the clock tower.
