Hygiene and cleanliness is pathetic... They don't have staffs who understand hospitality... Once the property is booked for events, they don't even care to get it cleaned.. You can't be at peace if you have booked it for event like wedding.. You have to run behind them all the time to get things done.... It is strictly advised not to book this hotel for any event... The owner may reply that the review is wrong but they know it that they suck at hospitality.
Please never book this hotel. They are thugs. They held me for an hour during checkout even though the room rent was already paid online via a travel site. The room was damp, untidy and minimum accessories. TV was not working, no shampoo given. Overall one of the worst experiences of my life.

It's a very bad hotel. My room didn't have an AC remote. The intercom didn't work. The TV had no cable. When asked for cable, the hotel staff said that this is how things are. Since even the intercom was not working, I had to go there floors down every time to ask for simple things like water. At the time of checkout, neither the TV worked, nor the intercom, nor did I get an AC remote (temp was stuck at 17 degrees and the other option was switch off). The manager / owner was unapologetic and started abusing me when I took up these issues with him.

A good newly built hotel, clean rooms, good service. I checked in at midnight, and still it did not take any time to get me to room! Mr Raj was available on call all the time for anything and everything. Food was always freshly prepared.
