The staff is not good, the room service and cleanliness is very bad. When you checkout from the hotel that they have added extra charges. Like Rs20 botel these people are selling in Rs30. for food 80 rupee extra whatever your Original bills of meal.

Hotel Nisha Nest is now managed by owner self and I had wonderful experience there. Rooms are large with plenty of space. Tea and coffee available by order at any time. 24 hour hot water House keeping excellent. Very close to NDA dropping point and Auto easily available in early mornings

This is an average to below-average hotel even for a small city. I've stayed in clean and well-run accommodations in smaller towns and they were far better. What they lacked in amenities they made up for in service. This one failed me on both fronts. I booked this hotel on OYO for a short stay. I had informed the hotel the previous evening that I would be checking in late to catch my early morning flight. I paid the full rate in advance for a smooth checkout. I arrived at about 5:45 AM. The reception assistant who was sleeping woke up and checked me in. He gave me a key and mumbled some instructions and then started to play with his phone. He did not show me to my room. When I went upstairs to the second floor, I found that the room was nothing like the pictures that were advertised on the listing in the OYO app. I found that the washroom was not very clean. The toilet bowl needed a couple of flushes and that emptied the cistern and it took 30 minutes to fill up again. There were no towels. As the geyser was also not visible, I called reception for assistance to run hot water but no one answered after 10 or 15 rings. After 45 minutes I got a reply and the receptionist gave me some complicated instructions. When I asked him to come and help me out, he didn't show up. During checkout he tried to bill me for two water bottles although I had used only one. When I told him about the towels, he said curtly that I should have asked for them. I told him that he should answer the phone and not play with his mobile. No points for a welcoming experience. The OYO customer support chat was also frustratingly inefficient. Wasted Rs1044 going by ratings on OYO. Should have gone by Google ratings instead.

Nice hotel to stay near airport and nicely maintained clean been there many times

We had booked the room for a price of more than 2k per room, n we were 2 people staying together, even then the owner didn't provide us 2 towels. There wasn't any complimentary packaged drinking water. The god things were that the room was really clean, including the bathroom, there was hot water supply along with shower .staff was really humble. View was good from the room window. Overall a place worth staying.

We booked a room for family of 3 people for 2 days. And at the end of the 2nd day we were surprised to see a secret tunnel from the cupboard in the room. It is easily accessible for anyone to get into the room. It was acary as we were completely unaware about it. When asked about this to the owner he said it was set for cleaning purpose. But why would a tunnel be opened for cleaning purpose which can be accessed when the room is locked?
