Room service is good enough. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the design of the place which is a modified room from the old building. Some of the electronic items were not in condition but the overall service is satisfying.

Reception manager behaviour is too bad. Use bad language. I am totally with the behavior of the hotel manager. I had gone to the hotel to meet my friend but the hotel manager did not allow me entry and on top of that he insulted me a lot and behaved very rudely with me.
Rooms are too small and dirty. They don't provide the hard copy or soft copy of the bills of your food. Totally bakwas hotel. You can find another good hotel with that price for sure. So disappointed. Don't go only by seeing the pictures. There is no similarities between the pictures and the actual rooms.
The lift was nice..soft beds..had hot water 24/7.. Sheets were dirty and no one received calls in the reception..had to go all the way to downstairs from the fifth floor to get room service..also no complimentary water..
Don't stay here. Bakwas hotel. Don't waste your money. Rooms are pretty only in pictures they have posted. Reception not so welcoming. Not worth the money. Book a different hotel at same locality or nearby localities.
Located in Taltala, Royd Street...esplanade metro station is very near. Location wise it's very good. Room as well as bathroom were good but could be cleaner. Service is above average. Overall a good experience.
We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff are so well behaved and caring. Breakfast is good.
