Stayed there for 2 days during a family trip to Kolkata, I must say the rooms are so clean and well maintained with well behaved staffs. But the only con is the area where it is located bit crowded and congested. It's bit difficult to reach there. Apart from that I loved my whole stay would totally recommend.
Stay was good. The staffs are helpful and good with behavior. The place is situated in a busy area. You can get everything you want there. Won't face problems for medical , cosmetic or foods. At a good rate you can have lots of food. The bagari market is just near by so no problem of market. The hotel is little inside so you need to walk a distance to get the hotel. Security and privacy is at best. Feel safe
Room was small but neet and clean. Room service was good, Receptionist guy is very helpful. Hotel is in prime location, but who is new in this area may feel difficult to find the exact hotel location as it is in the 5th floor in one of the oldest building in Ezra street.
Waste of time. Located on 5th floor, no lift access, owners of the premises are fighting with each other and providing no service. Water tank is broken, thats why no water in most of the rooms. Waste of money. Doors are closed after 11 pm, you will feel jailed up.
To my surprise, the hotel rooms were nice enough as they were newly renovated. But it's located in a highly crowded locality i.e. in middle of a market.
This place is not good for couples or family, Moreover, this is a new hotel so there are full of smell of Paints, No cleaning but staffs are good. For Bachelor its good place to stay. Like this review if its valuable for you.
problematic location. have to walk with luggage to half-one km for a cab. poor service - even drinking water arrives atleast 20 minutes after order and meals takes 45-60 minutes after placing order. Poor hospitality.
