I would advice not to book any hotel trough oyo in Vrindavan. As it seems all the hotels there have some despute with oyo because of which we have to suffer. This hotel charged us more than what was shown on oyo app. Moreover the staff was very rude and the service was pathetic. The only good point was that the rooms were clean. Their ACs were not working and they don't even provide the drinking water even after being asked for may times. Even the complementary breakfast is not being provided here. After all this even the oyo staff is not there to help you. Worst experience
If you want to experience worst checkin, bathrooms without proper door, no wifi, no room service whatsover, no lift, no soap and rude staff please stay at this place. This place is run by couple of teenagers whos doesnt have any experience of hospitality business and the owner is very rude and doesnt give a single damn about the travellers. You will need to argue about every single item that they promise. Worst hotel experience that a person can get. Much worse than any dharmshala also.
very very bad place, bathroom are very dirty, i stayed there at 23 august they was unable to serve breakfast which was complimentary. but they did not provide breakfast. streets are very dirty . even they couldn't provided taulia and soap also. worst place in vrindavan
