Nice place for short time tour. Location and rooms are excellent. Guest house is just on the bank of river Ichamoti. Foods price are little bit high, but quality is superb. Also very good behaviour of staffs.
The AC was not working, we had advanced the amount but they didn't bother to ensure that everything was proper in the room. Food was just average. Overall we had to leave the hotel and return to Kolkata on the same day. Had a bad experience.
The Rooms are good but maintenance is poor. Bathrooms are not .Food is good but a bit costly in regard to the place. Otherwise the location is fantabulous.
Best in cheap rate. River facing hotel. If u want to see the river from your own room's window then u have to book in ground floor, 2 rooms are Available but upstairs you will gt a king size Common balcony with sofa in each floor from there you can enjoy the fantastic view of the river. Very good hotel. Food quality is also good specially their dining area in ground floor. You can enjoy your food with the view of river. Staffs are also very good in nature & always ready to help you.
Reg location- Ichamoti river side, nice. Room no 207& 208, where we stayed, tiptop,very good. In front of the rooms- wide varanda/balcony- owesome. River view from balcony-- la jabab. Guest house staffs rpolite, industrious & always with smilling face. Food quality is not up to the mark in comperison with cost & requered to b upgraded. Thanks to the manager & all others related to the guest house.
For room size, cleanliness and big river-facing lawn.. this is the best budget hotel in Taki. But you'll get better quality food in the adjoining Taki city guest house and at a cheaper rate. When in Taki, I stay in Disha hotel and have my lunch/dinner at Taki city guest house.
