Good Hotel in Burdwan. Location is also good. But the entrance through narrow lane. For big car it's challenging to get in front of the hotel. You have to get down around 40-50meter ahead. Parking facilities are not available. Rooms are of medium quality. Food quality average. They accept cards.
This hotel is situated in the prime location of Burdwan ,B.C.Road ,Anita Cinema Lane, nearest to Curzon gate (Bijoytoron) .This lane is too narrow for driving a car to reach upto hotel gate.Their parking is situated at any other place . Hotel is very good but air circulation system is very poor and there is no sufficient windows though all rooms have air-conditioners.
On an inquiry OYO customer care confirmed the status that the hotel is out of their list. OYO app does not show the hotel Hotel does not exist/ closed before CORONA spell as per local people. Asked CC to remove from Google.
They do not co-operate with guests, I tried to check in thrice in a day, but I couldn't, they are more of a system follower than a Host, their main motto is earning money & they don't bother for customer satisfaction & comfort. Location is also very bad.
In a room of Rs. 1900 , no remote were provided to operate AC. Throughout the night cable connection for TV also not available even most of the free channels were also not available. No service boy.
Rooms are okay. Staffs are very cooperative. Food is pathetic. Very clean and tidy and internet is good.
