Room was good but there should be proper lights, Service is very good specially deep ji was very helpful and friendly. Location is very good one can see kanchanjangha directly from the balcony but situated in a high altitude area.

Very delightful, friendly and helpful staff, they really did their best and we really appreciated it. Fantastic views from our rooms balcony. Hotel generally clean - staff doing a great job there. Bed quite comfortable. Very important: They need to update their phone numbers on their website and on Expedia (or any other platform they sell rooms on) as they do not work and was it difficult to organise taxis from Bagdogra. So... Bed linen, albeit clean, quite old and worn. The blankets desperately needs to be updated or given a REALLY good wash. They did come across a bit yucky. We know that this is not a 5 star hotel, but better bedding would go a loooong way. This is not a smoke free hotel as stated, lovely mountain views spoiled by our neighbours smoking. Ashtrays in the room probably also a dead giveaway. PS If you go in winter, rooms are cold, make sure you are very prepared with cosy PJ's!

Rooms are cozy and decent but a bit untidy. Washrooms are pretty old. Views from many rooms are astonishing,you can see the Kanchanjungha but not from every room. A few of them have a balcony, I would suggest to book those only. Food is good. Tea is good. Service is good. Not suggested for a long stay.

The worst hotel ever I have visited till now.. They may have renovated the hotel, rooms are very much eye catchy. But the mentality of the hotelier has remained the same old school. We booked the premium room with the balcony for two days via agoda. At the time we checked in the hotelier said that all the premium rooms are booked for the day hence they can provide the standard room, if we are not satisfied we should contact agoda, and they can't take any responsibility for the same..But we were really tired and didn't want to spoil the trip so made a deal that we will stay in the standard room for the night and they will shift us to the premium room on the next morning. After checking in we checked the hotel and we noticed that the premium rooms they said that are booked, some new custo.er came payed a lot and they give it to them. The very next day when we asked them to move us to the premium room they said the rooms are booked for the next two days, hence they can move us to another standard room. We were really disappointed and called agoda cancelled the booking for the day and moved to a new hotel. We spoiled our trip just for the inconvenience made by the hotel BRODWAY ANNEXE. It was a horrible experience that we faced. The hospitality provided by them was horrible.. Even the hotelier DIPAK ROY said that the amount you've paid is perfect to stay in the standard room only. So they were making us feel like they gave us a pleasure by providing their room. Everything that shines can't be Gold always. Best fit for the hotel.

The hotel provided Room is spacious. Room is well cleaned. They don't provide any GST bill but charged the GST Amount ! Hotel is too far from Mall. Food quality is worst ! Settop Box & Intercom not working properly ! Wastage of Money !

I think this is the worst hotel. First of all the room service, every room was dirty, lights was not working properly, sockets are not working properly even two charging adapter burned for the sockets. When we complained the owner for the problem he didn't take any step. The owner has no sense of responsibility on their customers. Many hidden charges include in this hotel by the owner. At last i just want to say don't ever go for this hotel there are so many hotels in darjeeling far better than this.
