Superb hotels service very good Room quality is very nice
Rooms are ok but don't expecting much more.For Family this is not suitable.For unmarried couples it's best.
Don't book this hotel ever through apps like Oyo, Trivago.. Because when I had to check in the hotel,the receptionist demanded me to pay extra 1200,already I paid around 1551 through oyo.The issue is Oyo didnt pay the hotel for past 3 months, it's their issue.So the receptionist demanding me to pay extra.A cost of a AC delux room is 999 for single Sharing,which I booked through Oyo it was around 1551 INR .So when I contacted oyos customer care ,they connected the call to their service manager, I explained him the situation and he gave me a offer like,he gives a another property around 4-5kms nearby.When I was checking in ,the time was 9.45 pm.So I just want to take the risks and I paid the money to the hotel.So for a person who is new to the city like me,don't ever book this hotel through Oyo.Other than this the hotels Ambience and room service is all good.
I would rate it 1 as there is no option for 0 or negative ratings . Reasons : they're listed in OYO Rooms. When approached, they denied of tie-up with OYO. If they have broke the tie-up with OYO, then both should not list hotel on OYO Services. When asked what if we come to hotel through online booking from OYO, receptionist denied by saying "we will not allow check-in & will not allocate any room though booked on OYO" a total money waste as well as time waste. a worst welcome service.

It was a great experience, the food was very delicious and hygienic, rooms were very clean, staff was very polite and supportive, I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting kalol.

Dr.parth is professionaly too good. Dr.and staff gives proper time during therapy and Dr.parth gives you a brief about the issue like,why it is happen and how it will reduce.I had lot of back pain from last 2 weeks, I had just taken 2 days of therap
