OYO 3235 Cosy Home - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Booked through the Oyo helpline and paid the full amount. But when called at the reception desk of the hotel they told us that the online charges are too low for them to accept so they told us to call at the helpline no. To cancel the booking. So my question is if you are not comfortable with the price then you should have informed us before payment. Completely wasted my time. You guys shouldn't have merged with Oyo. Worthless

Not at all a pleasant experience. Travelled with family. I would certainly recommend for single travellers and backpackers. Hygiene of the room and the linens not as expected. Room allotted to us was too small to even accommodate our modest luggage. Room service takes quite the time. Staffs are well mannered. But the check in did take quite some time. I had booked for sunrise check. I reached the hotel at about 10:30 but still took over half an hour to get into my room. When I complained they said they had called kyo regarding the matter but ultimately I had to bear the consequences. Did not quite help choosing the sunrise check in option. I saw another couple being offered the room even without this option before us.

Very poor facility at your hotel. Very Poor breakfast with low quality. Bisleri water bottls at least 2 per day should be provided to guests. You should privide one small stool in bathroom so that one can take bath by sitting on the stool. One pair of slippers be provided in rooms. Tiles are slippery. No catpets fitted. There is every possibility of getting slipped in the rooms that may lead to born cracks to guests. A lot of improvement is required.

The rooms was too small.. Bed sheets and Blankets were so dirty.. And the air conditioner was also not working... Had to pay for two days..though we stayed one night and checked out at 6pm. As they said late check out concession is not applicable on that hotel... But oyo app says it is applicable upto 6pm ,around 30% of booked price... Although the stay was not good...

Pathetic response from staff!On my arrival I found there was no one in the reception counter to attend any guest.Had to wait for almost 2hours to get a room after my arrival though my payments were made online 2 days prior to my arrival(with confirmed booking) . Very poor room service and at morning there was no water in the washroom. Also,on being enquired at the receiption,it was revealed that there was some leakage in the water pipe. OYO assist customer care unit provided me the mobile number of the Property manager but to my disappointment the manager didn't attend my phone calls inspite of repeated phone calls from my end. Hope, no one has to face such incident again.

Avoid at all costs, I booked a room for my Dad well in advance and on the date of check-in they said they were sold out and told him to leave the property . He wandered around in that awful city for 3 hours before finding another room. If you value your time and money let me give you a friendly advice, run!

Great budget hotel. The room is clean and room service is good too. The only thing I didn't like is that the bathroom is very small and it's not so clean. Otherwise, it's a great budget hotel. Overall, I am satisfied.

Nice place but has its fair share of pros and cons. Pros: Convenient Location Welcomes unmarried couples Cons: Overpriced Rooms are a bit congested Guests are not allowed to visit Food is not upto the standard as compared to the price
