OYO 3205 Hotel New Luxury Royale - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

I ve stayed here for 5 days, intialy I ve booked through oyo, what costs me 4300 what was in peak at that time due to pedicon 2020, later I called them for early check in they agreed at 8am..on the booking day at reached at 8.30 they told me there is ongoing confusion between property owner and oyo, property owner frankly told me we have disparity so you don't recognize you, "you cancel it I will give you my room with 100 rupee less and free breakfast". Finaly after repeated conversion I cancelled it and I booked that room for 4200 and without breakfast..they don't have lift and food is not prepared there, bedsheets are old and as well as accessories but they don't care. WiFi working well,TV working well but bedsheets and covers are old and old patches are there..only 10 to 20 miter there is a bar which is costly it took me 1300 for 2 beers and a mushroom Tikka with 2 peanut rost and 2 butter roti...there too, OYo glory palace, hotel Ayer and other OYo hotels near 50 meters and all are of same standard so go for the the OYo room which offers you less..location is good no problem at all..

Dirty room. Room were smelling. Staff behalvbe were not good. Bad services. I booked for early check in, but room was not available. Toilet kit was not being offered daily. Small bathroom. Offering used water bottel. Not value for money. Need pest control. Bed was wet in warm day.

Dont book online to avoid surprise of India's worst hotel. No cleanningneass, no hot water. Tea price is 55rs. Half plate rice. 185rs. Half plate dal 165rs. Instead of booking this hotel. You can stay anywhere even on road, Railway Station , Bus stand, dharamshala. This hotel should apply for guiness book of record for serving new customer only because repeat customer walkin is imposible. Rating shown is wrong 3.4 out of 5. It should be in minus.

Third class staff, no lift, hotel manager was not on the desk, when I knocked they he cameout from the toilet , irritating behviour, dont go there.. month ago on Google Worst hospitality. Worst staff behaviour. Would never suggest this No water in washroom. Faulty hotel Waste of money very bad service and room are dustbin type

I have mixed feeling about this place, i mean everything is good and all. What i didnt like is the insects which i found moving here and there. The flush was not working. Management needs to improve.

3 rd class service. No parking. Room service is poor. Towel was poor smell. Room was full with cigarette smoke smell. Resorption person was so cheap. Water problem. And many more.

OYO 3205 Hotel New Luxury Royale is located next to Nirmala Girls Hostel. I arrived here to stay for a night. After seeing 2 or 3 rooms, I settled for one. The rooms are pretty and well-staged. The accent lighting on PoP roofs is beautiful. I was unable to sleep due to vehicles' noise from road side. A five star rating requires 1. adding exhaust fans to bath rooms. 2. adding a functioning elevator. 3. changing the name (oyo 3205 hottl nyuu lkzrii royaal) on Search engine for easy location ( the hotel is currently listed as Hotel Luxury Royale hottl lkzrii royaal )

worst experience only cockroach are staying there totally unhygienic... why customer will staying in oyo hotel for good facility but oyo is doing only business with sorry sir , sorry mam next time we will care about your self... Oyo only says one word we short-out your issues and will take serious action...
