Decent rooms for family and room service was great experience. Charge normal. Interior design is super. Near by main road easily connect with main Bus stand and all shops. From reception to room boy everyone works with patience and smile. Great stay here balcony view and conditions of rooms and dining hall everything is nice. We spend three days year with full relaxation and safety.
The place is in the heart of the city but it's so calm and quiet as it's at the end of a pocket road. Hard to find it in normal day. The place is clean and the rooms are really spacious. Never enjoyed so much room in a lodge at this cheap. On the flip side, parking is not big, but I won't rate it coz it was not full when I came.. and would really appreciate it if there s a small shop inside for consumables as I had to walk out on a cold night with slight drizzle for getting some soft drinks, even though I enjoyed the walk, some might not like to walk out at night especially when it rains. Overall, a nice experience...
We had a very nice stay in Alakkal residency. We were there for 2 days People are very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms. Reasonable rates. They provided us veg break fast also. They give importance to hospitality more than other commercial aspects. Helped us to keep our baggages after checkout time and gave space to freshup in the evening. They even gave us tea(free) when told that we will take our dinner from kozhikode. For sight seeing they gave the number of taxidrivers call centre and Mr.Suresh from the call centre took us for sight seeing. He was also a very nice person. We enjoyed our wayanad trip very well
One of the value for money stays in kalpetta. Their speciality is the staffs they have. Very helpful,polite and what not. We always opt this hotel for stay as we have many dining options nearby and boys can get you them to the room. No restaurant in hotel i think,which is the only disadvantage.
The booking app didn't inform about the renovation of hotel...and we have to go with complaint in police station for the refund from app....its very bad experience ....we suffered a lot...please call and confirm ur booking through phone call...make the hotel is genuine
Excellent stay, full marks for hygiene and upkeep, nice location. The managers are very helpful and cooeprative, especially Mr.Rajesh. Hotel staff is humble and courteous. Looking to stay at Alakkal in next visit too. Overall very satisfied with Oyo too.
This is a good hotel for budget conscious travellers as well as those who dont mind not having a security at night. Some events in the recent past has created some bad impression on some customers, but overall the staff was polite and helpful. The hot water system was erratic though as we have to call the reception to get hot water instead of just turning the hot water knob on/off.
Very nice and clean rooms with Excellent bed and bathlinen and great houskeeing service: Friendly,pleasant and professional staff. Keep continue to do the same and Over all our stay and experience was excellent. And its a new property , room and toilet are very clean and neat, totally very good service

Staff here is really good. We booked room in hotel and we cancelled it due to cancellation of trip. They refunded amount in very less time. If we plan to come to Wayanad anytime we will definitely book room in this hotel.
