Good location but rooms aren't very nice. Toilet leaked. Didn't have hot water some nights. Breakfast "buffet" was pretty lousy and I was billed for my little cup of chai tea at the end of my stay. On the plus side, the restaurant next door was awesome and the grocery store was quite convenient.
A very good hotel.Well maintained property , hygiene, neat and clean. Well mannered, courteous hotel staffs. This hotel can be rated @ '2/3 * star status' . The manager is really helpful, you can trust him as a local guide and you ll not be disappointed.Very good location nearer to railway station. All most all the happening place of Allahabad, are nearby. Sangam is about 10 km from here
Very disappointed with Hotel Manager and Receptionist. Even though confirmed on previous day for early check in, rooms are not available. Have asked to compensate early check in with early checkout on same day by next 6 hrs, hotel manager not agreed. He asked me to pay early check in charges. When agreed to pay charges, it is come to your notice, rooms are pending to clean. When asked by what time it will be cleaned, receptionist does not have idea as he is waiting for the person who do this duty. Recommending to search for other better option before do your booking in this hotel.
Pillows and their cover and quilt and its cover was dirty and had foul smell. I requested them to change but nobody changed it. The staff is very rude and ill mannered it felt like they were ready to had quarrel with them. A pathetic and dirty place. Never ever stay in such a hotel rather stay on road.
Horrible experience. Not advisable to stay. Worst mainainance. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty bedsheets, pillow covers. No hanger to out on cloths. Dirty wardrobe. Manager with No courtesy. No hot water provision in reality.
Facilities aren't great. Most of the basic amenities like geysers etc are not working. TV is available but not in working condition. Room service isn't effective. They dont clean the house properly. Beds are comfortable though
Great Service, Excellent location. economical 2-3 star hotel,still in budget. Rooms are very new and very neat and clean. some improvement needed in turn around time for food but considering new staff i hope it should be set in few days.
This was our first travel to Allahabad, and really happy with the hotel we chose. Rooms were well maintained and clean.Room service was fine, WiFi is available but only in reception area and restaurant not in room. Hotel staff was absolutely professional and really well behaved. They were also quite helpful as we had lot of questions about new place. We stayed for a day only as we had come for some documentation work in cbse office. But really liked their hospitality. We checked out at 12 pm next day but since our train was of night didn't want to pay for another day, they offered to keep our luggage and we could visit tourist spots like sangam and other nearby places. If we happen to go again to Allahabad we know where to check in and would recommend to others as well.
