Not honouring oyo bookings and troubling customers. Even Oyo is losing name because of this. Oyo tried to convince them for half hour unsuccessfully. Then Oyo arranged for another bad hotel, and left us to move there with our own expenses with luggage. Highly unprofessional behaviour from both hotel and oyo side.
The owner is totally a money minded person! No good service, food is worse! Rooms are not as good as the price! Totally making benefits through the candidates coming for SSB!
