OYO 31015 Avighna Landmark - Hotel in Bugathagalli - Mysuru, India

The construction of building is worst ever of my hotel/stay experience. Oversized bed,unreachable switches,closed room, no towels, no drinking water. smoking rooms next to non smoking rooms. not safe for late night checkins. Too pricy for just running water n electricity. The bathroom sink is close to water tap, bathroom door hits the washbasin... Almost all bad and unfinished construction. Cancellation charges mounts to 50% . Don't recommend to stay.though I like young kids / boys doing work, but hospitality is not for kids who host this place. Busy playing PUBG finds it difficult to focus on hospitality or mere room service

Based on my experience, their rooms are super small, they have accommodated a queen bed inside, so there is hardly any space left. Maintanance is poor. I had to book an AC room with them separately, as there was some error while booking on the OYO app. Left the place immediately after I discovered the room space so congested. The person did not even show the courtesy to refund at least a part of the amount paid, shame on them.

Don't book rooms in this hotel. My experience 1. I booked room by paying cash online and when i reached there , they are not willing to provide rooms. They asked me to cancel booking and give money directly, then only i will get room. 2. While online booking they have mentioned s AC rooms. But when i reached there they said that i won't get AC room with that price Pls don't be fooled by bookings this place

Here are some of the good things about this place 1) Polite, humble and we'll mannered host 2) Clean rooms and bathrooms 3) Easily accessible from Bannur Mysore road and close to Mysore city 4) Economical I could not have asked for more when it cost me Rs2866 (about Rs715 per room per night) for 2 single rooms for 2 nights. I would like to point out a few areas of improvement. 1) The room is quite small for a double bed. It is difficult to move around the bed. Since this is a single room, a single room would be better. 2) Power switches are not next to the door. It is tucked away in some corner. There is no light switch next to the bed. This should be fixed. 3) Fan is right below the light. This creates a flicker and hurts the eyes. This needs to be fixed as well. 4) Need a table in the common area when we want to have meals. 5) On the safety aspect there are no railings(See the picture). Although it is away from the arae the guests generally pass through, it is a safety hazard never the less. Either put the railings or block access to this area.

Had a very bad experience with this place. I have booked this hotel through the OYO app and paid the booking amount online. When I reached the hotel the owner denied check-in only because I have paid the amount online. He said that Oyo will take huge commisions for online payments. I was forced to pay for the booking in cash. Booking amount was 400rs more than what I have paid online. After getting confirmation from OYO that they will refund the amount that I have paid online, I have made the cash payment at the hotel. Quality of rooms and service: Rooms were small and not that clean. The room boys started cleaning the room only after we reached there. No hot water in the wash rooms. We were denied the complimentary breakfast that was part of the booking. It seems that the receptionist was not trained to use the oyo app. The didn't even checked-in us in the oyo app. Update: After making more than 15 calls to Oyo customer service, they have refunded the amount that I have paid online. The oyo customer service is very pathetic. I think they should hire some professionals.

Receptionist were not wearing proper uniform whole day playing pubg. Tv and wifi both were not working.rooms were tooo small. Morning bf was not provided which was in package no tea was served. Reception phone was itself no working. Very very worst service provided

don't book it. At the time of check-in they said price on oyo was less actual price is more and ask to pay more money. Had to book another hotel even I paid the whole amount at the time of booking.

Very high room charges which is not worthy for these stinky rooms, zero maintenance, hot water problem, dirty bed sheets, doors without proper lock, never find receptionist in reception anytime, not recommended for family.
