OYO 30952 Hotel Om Sai Leela - Hotel in Aurangabad - Aurangabad, India

No not used oyo room. But had dinner n drinks at their Restuarant. Typical Bar , only for stags . No ideal for family.

They have cancled the order at the last moment saying they are not accepting the advance payment. They are doing it to several other customer and asking extra money to provide accomodation. Manager behaviour is also not professional. They have not provided a glass of water even asking for multiple times in 1 hour of discussion. Not professional as per the oyo standard.

I have booked the room through oyo and oyo didnot mention the room size. when we checked in we got 1 small size room and one big size room but the price for both was same. for the small one, You can't even walk in the room. Initial the room given was quite dirty then we asked them to clear it. also, toilets were stinking. We had to literally struggle to get the bath water. The water speed was too low . Overall the stay was not so pleasant as we anticipated.

Third class. Bed sheets were dirty. Room smelling foul. No drinking water supplied. Staff was talking loudly outside the room till 3.00 am. DON'T GO THERE.

It is situated in a very crowded place with no parking facility.You have to park your vehicle in a very unsafe place inside a market area.As we had booked through OYO app for two days (with complementary breakfast) only,but for our work schedule we had extended one day more,but due to some technical problem it was not possible to done the booking by OYO app.Then manager of the hotel came and booked our same room for one day(with complementary breakfast) more through app with 500 rs more than previous. While check out of the hotel they asked us for the bill of our breakfast of the last day and told us that the breakfast was not included as we booked the last day through offline!!!!! We are very much disappointed as the hotel charged extra bill with an unethical manner...

Staff is very rude and not helpful in managers absence. Room are clean. Hot water geyser is not working properly. They dont have parking area. We had parked on road. very crowded area.

The hotel is pathetic nd to much crowded with drinkers. U will get good food here. Can't sleep till 1 am in the night due to noise. Not recommended for any one.. Hotel is for Only drink nd sex. Pathetic

Worst experience ever while going for a family trip. We booked two rooms through oyo and oyo didn't mention the room size and it was mentioned that it's classic room with double bed. But when we checked in we found that rooms are with two single beds each. I contacted OYO and they said it was mistake from their end but it's harassment specially when visiting with family. Anyway hotel management helped us and gave classic rooms as the rooms were available. But problem was with cleanliness and rooms were smelly. I will think twice before booking through OYO.
