Location of this place and the complimentary breakfast they provided was good but pathetic hospitality . Rooms are kinda ok, quite tidy though, but the room boy and owner's attitude ruined our stay unpleasant. Intercoms weren't working. They won't even provide drinking water and if we ask for that, the owner says to drink the tap water which flows in the bathroom. I'd never recommend this place to anyone because of the worst service. Look elsewhere if you want your stay to be a pleasant one.
We had very bad experience with these guys. We have booked room via OYO and they have cancelled once. Second time, they have denied check-in in the late night ( along with family & child)as they have given the room to some body else for higher cost. Till midnight we have been asked to wait and made our life miserable.. Please don't plan believing this Resort. Worst experience they have given to me ..
The new management is doing a good job now The property was leased out to different management earlier who had no knowledge of how to run a hospitality business , because of which the property received a lot of negative reviews. Now the property is taken back and run by the owner itself who is doing a very good job.
Good place. Staff was good. Helpful. Nice near rooms. Got children play area. Only thing is no food so need to travel to kotagiri again every time even for tea.
Good place for beautiful scenery and very cool places. Good rooms and time spending little things like seesaw for children's. Bathroom facilities need little improvement
Please do not stay at this property.I booked through Oyo and when I reached the property they escalated the price on my booking to almost double.The receptionist gave the excuse that his manager said to charge hotel rates and not Oyo rates.I was travelling with my kids and it was an extremely unpleasant situation.I raised a complaint with Oyo and was sent to another property close by which was pretty good!
Don't book this hotel in Oyo,they don't accept Oyo rate and cancel the booking if you don't pay extra money.I had to pay extra amount as I booked through Oyo with full advance payment.Rooms are spacious and ambience is good.Room service and maintenance is average.
Place is good but over charged us for room, rooms were not worth for the money. I would suggest try some other place.

Amazing place to stay with family. Booked 3 duplex rooms and they gave room at 10 am. The location is very good and beautiful. The caretakers arrange everything for you and we also did a campfire at 800 rs. Food is healthy and tasty but portion size

A beautiful and cozy cafe in Kotagiri. The food was just too good! And the desserts and hot chocolate were lip smacking. The couple who runs the place were too sweet and hosted us like their own kids. Definitely would recommend 5/5 !

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
