OYO 30686 G K Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I had made booking of double bed room at G k Residency hotel from Mumbai through OYO but on reaching this hotel at 6pm they said they have no connection with OYO & will charge 50% extra for double bed room. This happened even though I had talked to hotel two days before reaching. On phone they didn't say they have no connection with OYO & they will charge extra. I was shocked. Staff was very rude & monstrous. In emergency I had no option. For Cleaning of room you have to plead whole day. Otherwise no cleaning will be done.

Room was absolutely in good condition. But fan was somewhere far from above us :p, but they got a/s. Lack of hot water facility and also they allow bunch of people hang out outside the hotel which is really irritating. I didn't see any parking place for 2 or 4 wheeler. but when it comes to room hygiene, they deserve 5, rest of the things they need to work on to deserve total 5

Be careful about this place, i booked using Hotel.com for 2 days . For Jan 20 night and Jan 21 night. When i arrived early hours of 21 Jan , the reception creature told me that, money has not come from Hotel.com and hence i cant give you room. So casullay. and moreover this place is worser than a lodge and be very careful not to choose such shody place and ofcourse my experience with hotel.com is another worst case.

Didn't get the room I have opted for.. Of course they don't even have a extra spacious tripple room. Even if you book online with a reduced price you will have to pay on their terms.. It's time for OYO to take this serious. Else you are going to loose a lot of customers

Worst people managing the hotel. If you want to stay here be ready to pay double the price mentioned on oyo app as these goons sitting in the reception wont give you room if you have booked through oyo as it is much less than their own price. They will just send you out forcibly and use abusive language. Please do yourselves a favour by not going here.big thumbs down

Budget hotel. Behavior of front office staff is very rude. Moreover, they do not give rooms for OYO bookings. Still they are oyo partner. I have paid full amount thru oyo app and they denied me the room and I was forced to book room with their tariff. I lost 1000 bucks from oyo after cancelling.

Hated this place . People please don't go their worst place and an angry receptionist . Don't book this place thru Oyo it's a fake hotel in a congested area. If you have booked the place please book another place too as the receptionist might give your room to some walk in customer with a high price and you will end up in nowere. I haven't been to such a bad place . Give it a thought and they won't even listen to you if you have booked online you won't get your room

I Have booked through Oyo this property 20 days before from check in date. I travel 1600 km from odisha to Bengaluru. At the time of check in hotel receptionist say they don't accept prepaid Oyo and demanded higher fare. I have already paid Rs. 676 per day for 2 days already to Oyo. Hotel receptionist demanded Rs. 1500 plus GST per day. This hotel is fraud. They have listed in different hotel booking site to get customer. When the customer reach hoter for check in. They creating issue and at Last customer have no idea to where to go and stay. They have to end up with staying their by paying higher fair to them. They cancel their online booking and for the sack of some commission they have to pay to OYO, Goibibo etc.the hotel do this thing. Customer face lot of problem. With me more than 3 - 4 customer who booked through OYO and different site faced same problem at the time check in on the same day. I want to give negative rating to this hotel but there is no option for that so I have give without any choice 1 rating.. Please don't stay in this hotel.. please read my review if you are looking for this hotel..
