OYO 30654 V.S.V Avenue Hennur Cross - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Poor reception, TV out of order on world cup football day, hand shower for toilet has only hose pipe, No water bottle, No bathing soap supply, no towel, no bf, smallest possible room. Refused an extension of 1 hour stay on complementary but denied even though no booking made on that day. So Sorry. I would never suggest this to others.

I visited this place with my friends. We were given rooms with comfy furniture. There was no hassle in check-in process. Staff was welcoming and kind towards us. Enjoyed during my stay.

Very poor, dirty accommodations ever stayed. Irresponsible reception, TV doesn't work, dirty blankets and torn bed sheets, room were smelling cigarette guess the staffs smoke in these rooms. To my worst experience even the tube light wasn't working. Had to checkout same evening because of this. Would not recommend any one to book this pathetic hotel.

Facilities are okay, but they had asked extra amount once I reached hotel. This is completely Oyo's fault. Oyo offer for one amount to book the hotel, but hotel's are not accepting and ask extra amount

I made advance payment. While booking it was showing 1 km but its showing 7 km, I was trying to cancle it but when I call to customer care he told Its already check in. But I have not visited. This was the worst experience that I Never face.

There was no change of bedsheets and pillow covers, even when they were stained. There was no plate, spoon, glass available. The receptionist asked to transfer 300 bucks extra on another account not related to oyo. The rooms are full of cockroaches.

Really liked the place and very much recommended for people travelling on a budget ! Super friendly staff and support and would consider booking this place again for sure :)

Oyo sucks big time, initially I had booked outer ring road property, upon arrival got to know room wr not available. After multiple calls made to customer care waiting on roads middle of the night they put us to this property, i was out on a business trip with a co-worker who is handicapped and can't claim stairs , this property does not hvae lift and the room give was on the 4th floor. I Was seeking for help from so called OYO customer care,they fit for nothing, one of the worst customer supports ever...they said since the book is charged they can't refund nor shift the property. You guest is handicapped and on road only because the property does not have basic amenities. We ended up booking a another room and paid for that from our pocket .. I would never recommend Oyo to anyone who like hassle free stay... Oyo is full of hassle and makes you day/ horrible
