Needs repairing. Hotel infra in a very bad state. Got stuck in lift twice between 4th and 5th floor. Stayed there only because of location which has got great connectivity. Otherwise one must avoid.
The stay was good. Reception guys were helpful. Felt that rooms were bit short, no proper walking space. Hot water is a problem as only Solar Water Heating is installed. No other means of water heating in case sunlight is not there.
There is no info placed in room about different articles in room, wi-fi password, how to use intercom etc. The file placed in room has menu card only and it can be seen that rates are on a higher side.
Location wise nice. Sitabuldi and Dharampeth market are just within a couple of kilometers. Rooms are Ok. Good for low budget option. Breakfast is complementory and served inside your room. During my one day stay I was served Idli and Upma.Tea preparation facility like boiling kettle with tea, sugar or coffe pouchesOK is not there. Service is not so good. Had to ask for mosquito repellers and bathroom mats and then it was provided.
What a poor service. Went in the morning & had told these guys to clean the room but nobody bothered. Came back late evening & requested them to clean the mess but still no one is bothered. Have reminded them thrice since the time I am back to the room but still no one is bothered. Never gonna come here again.
The rooms are much smaller and expensive with compare to tarrif they are charging. Breakfast is not buffet, they will serve you thali kind buffet which may include one bowl of breakfast then breads and tea.
Wi-Fi some time works and most time doesn't.
Please check in only you have to spend a night when all you options are not available.
Good and Approachable place for the travellers. It is located at sitabuldi which is center and main market place of the city. Banquet hall is also there for carrying out small functions. Rooms are average on size. Parking is the main problem here. Due to the conjusted roads.
Well we stayed in this hotel and our overall experience was amazing. The staff was very helpful and treated us very nicely.They provided us all the hospitality and it was a nice ambiance. Would like to visit it again and i recommend this hotel for everyone.
I have been staying here since last 2 years for more than 12 days in a month. They always try to serve best pertaining to food and environment. I strongly recommend to everyone that you should visit atleast once in this hotel.
