Hotel quality is good . Room is also good but staff doing fraud there and take extra money in this hotels I like everything there satff behaviour is also good . Couples go there without worry this is good for couples . But staff is doing fraud there
Servicing is way too bad. Extremely bad. Old sheets, told them to change but instead of changing they started arguing. Ordered water bottle, they brought after an hour. Room was quite nice no issue. But man the servicing is way too off
So this is my second stay in this hotel and i am happy again with the service and rooms i get here. This place is very much cheaper and rooms are available with nice ambience and good interiors with all amenities like air conditioning, geyser, tv, room heater, wardrobes, tables etc etc. They also have fooding facilities. The price is a bit high but portions served are for two. I recommend this place to people visiting patna.
Hotel location is perfect for staying near kankarbagh area. Hotel staff were much cooperative than i expected for a place like patna and i would rate their service *****. For Hotel cleanness and hygienic i would rate **** . food service i would rate ***. However for overall service when i compare with my cost of stay, i would rate it ****.
Its a very bad hotel. All amentities are very bad and littered. Even lights inside rooms are non functional. Bed sheet, towel etc are not washed. Staff behaviour is ok. Overall bad experience i had.
